You are responsible for acquiring your own accommodations. The Festival does not set up room sharing; however, you may try the DanceFlurry Organization Facebook site to connect with other attendees.

Please note that the City Center is locked at night, after the last event in that area. Belongings left in the Center won't be available until the following morning.

Free Hotel Shuttle Bus (see Bus schedule & info) runs from Festival Headquarters' City Center Shuttle stop (Ellsworth Jones Place), south to the Hilton Garden Inn (125 South Broadway), making stops along Broadway on SATURDAY ONLY, from 8:30am - 1:00am.

WHEN BOOKING A ROOM

Book EARLY -- You MUST mention you are a Flurry participant to receive any festival rates.
Use the hotel's local number (area code 518) for reservations. National reservations do not tie-in.
Most hotels require a credit card deposit to hold reservations, and have a cancellation policy. The Flurry Festival and DanceFlurry Organization are not responsible for fees incurred by festival participants who must cancel their hotel reservations.
Many hotels require a two-night minimum stay (** see below)
