FESTIVAL TICKETS

(Prices for 2014 Tickets will be announced Dec 2013)

 

IF YOU PURCHASED TICKETS FOR ANOTHER PERSON (as a gift, etc), or purchased tickets in one order for more than one person, but will arrive separately to pick up the tickets, and want those tickets picked up by that person at the festival, please tell us. Contact to let the ticket crew know who will be picking up the tickets.

  • ALL ONLINE PURCHASED TICKETS are HELD
  • We do not take Credit Cards at the Festival "On Site" ticket booth (Cash or Check, or Money Order Only. ATM available in the Hotel lobby.)
  • We do not run out of "at-door" tickets; no registration is required.
  • You do not have to be an Organization member to purchase tickets.
  • Tickets are NOT sold for individual events, but are sold as Day, Night, All-Day, or Full-Festival.
  • No refunds. No Upgrades: We are unable to change a Friday Night ticket to a Full Festival, or a Saturday "Day" ticket to a Saturday "All Day" ticket. You may purchase other tickets to cover the desired time blocks.

ONLINE ORDERS:

Your Paypal receipt and/or your cancelled check is confirmation that we have received and processed your order. In addition - your credit card or bank statement (if you paid by eCheck thru paypal) further indicates a successful purchase transaction. We do not confirm individual orders. Be sure to bring your receipt to the Flurry to pick up your tickets.

Lost or Forgotten Tickets: You will be asked to purchase a new ticket at the On-Site ticket counter at the Festival. We cannot give out replacement tickets.

Discounts apply for students, seniors and DanceFlurry Organization members. Membership must be current for the festival year, to receive discount rate. New or renewal memberships may be obtained when ticket is purchased.

  • Pick-up only available on Festival Weekend at the Advance Ticket Table in the CITY CENTER Lobby.

ADVANCE TICKET PICK-UP HOURS at Festival:
Friday: 5pm - 11:30pm
Saturday: 8:45am - 9pm
Sunday: 8:45am - 1pm

  • Tickets are to be picked up by the person who bought them. ID is required.

  • Teen (13-18) proof of age required.

  • Student (19 and up) must have current ID.

  • Seniors 65+ (born 2/15/1948 or before) who did not send in ID when ordering -- and/or whose tickets were held for pickup -- must have proof of age when picking up tickets.

  • If you are a senior AND a DFO member - order the ticket as a MEMBER ticket, and no ID is necessary.

Teen = 13-18 (NOT MAILED), ID may be required.
Student = full-time, 19 and up (ID required for discount, NOT MAILED).
Senior = 65 and over (born 2/15/48 or earlier - ID required -IF NOT A DFO MEMBER - for discount)
DFO member: Must have membership current for festival year to receive discount.

AT-DOOR Ticket Window Information

  • At-Door tickets are available only during Festival hours at the CITY CENTER lobby.
  • At-door tickets never sell out; no reservations or registration required.
  • Cash, check, or money order, only (Sorry, no credit cards. There is an ATM in Hotel Lobby).
  • Students (13 and up) and Seniors (65 and up, who are not-DFO members) require current ID.
