TICKET REFUND POLICY: MAIL-ORDER TICKETS ONLY

NO REFUNDS on tickets purchased ONLINE.

If you cannot make the festival, but have your ticket in hand,
you may resell your ticket to another party.

Full Refund Deadline is January 25, 2010
Partial Refund (75%) is Feb 1, 2010

No refunds given after Feb. 1, 2010

Refunds (full/partial) are given on Mail-In forms, ONLY, for a limited time. See deadline and mailing information below:

Full refund Deadline - Requests for mail-ordered Tickets Must be received by January 25 2010:

• Refunds on tickets ordered by mail-in form must be in writing, and requested by midnight Monday, January 25th, 2010 EST (postmark or email date). The easiest and quickest way to comply with that deadline is to request a refund via e-mail at advancetickets@danceflurry.org
• Refunds will be via check and will be processed after unused tickets are returned to us, and will be mailed out AFTER the Flurry. The POSTMARK is important to receive a full refund.
• Unused Tickets must be returned for refund.

Partial Refund Deadline - Requests for Mail-ordered Tickets must be received Between January 26th - Feb 1, 2010:

• Refunds requested between Tuesday, January 26, and Monday, February 1, will be given at 75%.
• Refunds will be via check and will be processed after unused tickets are returned to us, and will be mailed out AFTER the flurry. The POSTMARK is important to receive a full refund.
• Unused Tickets must be returned for refund.

Refund requests postmarked or dated AFTER February 1, 2010, will not be honored.

Please Note: If your order has been processed and the tickets are already "in the mail," you will only receive your refund when you return your tickets.

If we have not processed your order at the time of your request, we will be happy to return your check to you.
