Volunteer Ticket Refund Info:

You may receive a refund (mailed to you 30 days after the festival), if you worked as a volunteer, but had already bought a ticket.

• You will receive a discount ticket refund if you purchased a discount ticket, before midnight of January 25, 2010 EST (discount deadline), but were placed as a volunteer.
• You will receive a full cost refund if you purchased a full-price (At-Door) ticket on the Festival Weekend, but then worked as a volunteer.

To Submit A Refund Request:

1. Obtain a Volunteer Ticket Refund Form -- and have it signed by your Crew Chief (available at both the Advance ticket window or the onsite ticket sales at the City Center.)

2. Complete and SIGN the form (two copies). Keep one for your records. Attach your purchased ticket to the other form.

3. Submit the form w/ticket at the Main Ticket Booth, OR Mail the form to:

Refunds are mailed 30 days after the Festival.
