Swing Intensive
You can also purchase tickets to Friday’s Swing Intensive program, from 1:00PM to 6:00PM before the festival. A limited number of spots are available, and tickets will be sold at the door only if space allows. Prices are $55 ($45 for age 25 and under) purchased in advance and $65 at the door. Yup, we don’t love it either, but after relying on your generosity to keep the festival alive after a difficult year, we realized that price increases really were necessary to sustain the beloved breadth of Flurry programming in an era of uncertain attendance. To keep the festival affordable for our whole community, we’ll be offering low-priced scholarship tickets to those in need, and free entry to festival volunteers. New this year, you can pre-order your festival t-shirt on the ticket form, so you’ll be guaranteed the style, size, and color you want. We’ll have a small selection of shirts available for purchase at the festival, but ordering in advance will save you the suspense! Covid Policy
The full and up-to-date Covid policy for the 2024 Flurry at is https://www.flurryfestival.org/2024-covid-policy/. Please ensure you have read and accept this policy before making your ticket purchase.
In brief, up-to-date vaccination and masking will be encouraged, but not required, of attendees. We strongly encourage attendees to test for Covid on their day of entry, but do not expect to require proof of a negative test at admission. We reserve the right to switch to requiring proof of a negative test, depending on circumstances at the time of the festival. We will offer masked lines at all contra sessions.
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds of advance ticket purchases except in event of symptoms of or positive test result for Flu, Covid-19, or RSV immediately prior to the festival. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to advancetickets@flurryfestival.org, and include any appropriate documentation. Requests will be processed after the festival, will be honored at the discretion of the Flurry, and may take up to two weeks to resolve.
Photography Policy
Photographs are taken at the festival by designated Flurry photographers, as well as attendees. Photos taken by the Flurry may be used for promotional purposes on our website and other media. Attendance at the festival will be deemed as consent to having photographs taken and used in this manner.

Occasionally problems occur when an order is submitted due to individual factors. (Specifically, we’ve been seeing some errors with submissions on mobile via the Chrome browser, which clearing the browser cache may fix.) If you do not receive an email confirmation within several minutes of your ticket purchase, there may have been a problem with your submission and you are not guaranteed a ticket. Please contact advancetickets@flurryfestival.org to confirm that your order was processed or to troubleshoot, and you should receive a response within 24 hours.
