Many streets around the City Center and downtown Saratoga area allow for on-street parking. Please obey any posted restrictions. See City of Saratoga Springs City Parking Map.

The City Center has a new paid parking garage with 620 spaces.  After the first hour, the cost is $1/hour, with a daily maximum of $15.

The Hilton’s garage costs $5 for overnight guests and for day guests for up to 4 hours, and $10/day for day guests over 4 hours. Payment is verified through a license plate photo system. If not a Hilton guest, you’ll need to scan the QR code posted at entry for instructions on how to pay. If you are staying at the Hilton, you’ll need to give your license plate number when you check in, and parking will be added to your bill (do not scan the QR).

There is a Parking Garage (450 spaces) on Woodlawn Ave, three blocks from the City Center. (From Broadway, take Church St/9N West — to Woodlawn, turn left onto Woodlawn), as well as other garages in a walkable distance. See above parking maps.

Other good parking options are listed at

DO NOT BLOCK vehicles in the Hotel or City Center loading area, bus stops, or in the City Center or Hotel parking lots. Obstructing or illegally parked vehicles, will be towed.

Please obey all Snow Emergency signs, should there be significant snowfall.  The Flurry Festival and the DanceFlurry Organization are not responsible for parking tickets or towing fees.


Long Distance: Both Greyhound and Trailways serve Saratoga Springs.

Local: CDTA bus schedules to, and around Saratoga Springs.


AMTRAK train service is available to Saratoga Springs.


Albany International Airport.  Approx. 25 mile/half-hour drive.


NOTE: First check with your hotel to see if they offer free shuttle service to and from the City Center. A taxi stand is located outside the City Center main entrance, on Ellsworth Jones Place (look for sign).

Unlike in past years, you will not be able to proceed directly to ticketing when you arrive. You will first need to have your vaccination and Covid test status verified. Where you go for this will depend on what time you get there, and whether or not you have tested already that day.

If you have NOT yet tested, you will go to the Testing Room, where you will have your vaccination credentials verified and will purchase a test ($20) to take on site.

From 4-9PM Friday and 8:30-11AM Saturday, you will enter the testing area through Meeting Room 1. All all other times during the festival, you will enter it from the hallway next to the bathrooms outside Room A/B/C. Masks are required in the testing room, and will be provided.

If you have already tested and are prepared with the time-stamped test & ID image on your phone, you will go to the Verification Station.

  • Before 4PM Friday, Verification will take place at Advance Ticket Pick-Up
  • Between 4PM and 10:30PM Friday, Verification will be in Meeting Room 1
  • Saturday from 9-11 AM, Verification will be in Meeting Room 1
  • After 11AM Saturday, Verification will take place in the City Center lobby, across from Ticketing
  • After 1PM on Sunday, Verification will take place at Ticketing

When you have completed Testing/Verification, you will receive a hand stamp indicating that you are cleared for picking up or purchasing your ticket. You will then be able to proceed to Ticketing or Advance Ticket Pick-Up, show your stamp, and get your tickets. Your wristband is proof that you have both purchased a ticket and cleared the vaccination and testing requirements.
