2026 Flurry Illness Policy

1. Testing:
   Anyone who experiences new respiratory symptoms before or during the festival is asked to test or seek medical care. Please do not attend the festival if you have Covid, flu, or significant symptoms.
2. Refunds: Advance ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, in the event of documented illness prior to the festival, you may, at the festival’s discretion, be eligible for a refund minus a 15% fee, or a deferral to the 2027 festival.
3. Masks:
   If you are experiencing cold symptoms during the festival, please wear a well-fitting mask and be diligent about hand hygiene. KN95 masks are available for free at the sales and info tables, and participants are welcome to mask as desired during the festival.
4. Other Notes:
   • The City Center venues have MERV-13 ventilation. This includes Room D, Meeting Rooms 1 & 2, and A/B/C. 
   • Hand sanitizer is available inside or immediately outside of all dance areas. Please wash hands and sanitize as needed to void the spread of germs.
